So after months & months I finally have my M6 back. It had been gone so long I nearly forgot I ever owned it or did any photography. I only shot two rolls on another camera while it was gone...it just wasn't the same, not even worth it.
I was running around on a busy afternoon at work and happened to glance at a cart of incoming UPS packages. My name on it caught my eye and I realized what it was. I ripped it open to find a bill for $615 (fuck, should've just bought an MP) and my camera in the most pristine condition I've ever seen.
I haven't had a whole lot of time to shoot but I'm trying. Even now a week or two later it still feels foreign around my neck. The weight is familiar and comforting but when I bring my hand to it there is a bit of clumsiness. I'm pretty slow to focus and get the exposure right, but its coming back.
Anyway my standards had sunk so low before shipping it off due to my rangefinder being out of alignment that my breath is taken away at the photos it is producing now. I just posted one and hopefully I'll get active on da again. Two rolls drying right now
cheers
